Logistics and Warehouse Manager

FGC is seeking an experienced Logistics & Warehouse Manager to oversee inbound logistics operations and warehouse management.

The role is responsible for managing international shipments, coordinating customs clearance processes, ensuring compliance with Saudi import regulations, and overseeing the operations of the central warehouse serving multiple projects across the Kingdom.

The ideal candidate will combine strong import logistics knowledge, warehouse management experience, and team leadership to ensure efficient material flow from suppliers to warehouse and from warehouse to project sites.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Import Operations

• Manage inbound logistics activities for all divisions and mainly for System Integration
• Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs clearance agents to ensure smooth shipment execution.
• Oversee customs clearance processes including Fasah submissions, Saber registration, Certificate of Conformity (COC), and other regulatory requirements.
• Review shipping documents and ensure compliance with Saudi import regulations.
• Track shipments and ensure timely delivery from airport/port to the central warehouse.

Warehouse Management

• Manage daily operations of the central warehouse supporting projects.
• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory control, and material issuing processes.
• Ensure accurate inventory records and stock visibility within Microsoft Dynamics 365.
• Lead initiatives to enhance warehouse efficiency and support the planned transition to Advanced Warehouse Management (WMS).

Inventory Control

• Ensure inventory accuracy through regular stock reconciliation and cycle counting.
• Coordinate with procurement and project teams to maintain optimal stock availability.
• Monitor inventory movements and ensure proper system documentation.

Transportation & Site Deliveries

• Coordinate transportation of materials and equipment from warehouse to project sites.
• Manage drivers and delivery schedules to ensure timely site deliveries.
• Ensure safe and efficient material handling and transportation practices.

Team Leadership

• Lead and supervise the logistics and warehouse team including logistics coordinators, warehouse staff, drivers, and forklift operators.
• Monitor team performance and ensure compliance with operational procedures and safety standards.
• Provide guidance, training, and operational support to maintain high performance levels.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in both logistics and warehouse operations .
• Strong experience in international logistics, freight coordination, and customs clearance within Saudi Arabia.
• Experience managing warehouse operations and inventory systems.
• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar).
• Knowledge of Fasah, Saber, and Saudi import regulations is highly preferred.
