Logistics Assistant Duties:

  • Assist the Operations Manager with various daily office functions
  • Assign duties to office assistants, administrative assistant, and mail room personnel
  • Assist in the processing of governmental forms and applications
  • Update and monitor inventory and warehouse space allocations
  • Assist in the processing of bids, contracts, and purchase orders
  • Perform administrative functions

Logistics Assistant Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for the logistics and transportation departments
  • Handle incoming and outgoing shipments
  • Conduct clerical duties, including file organization, data input, and mailing
  • Process accounts payable invoices
  • Conduct research for executive management
  • Maintain office equipment and facilities
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements And Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain management or logistics
  • Knowledge of supply chain management principles
  • Knowledge of warehouse management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • High level of verbal and written communication
  • Proven ability to function independently and as part of a team
  • High level of initiative
  • Tally And SAP knowledge

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
