Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in coordinating and monitoring the movement of goods, supplies, and documents.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory, shipments, and delivery schedules.
  • Liaise with vendors, suppliers, and internal departments to ensure timely delivery of materials.
  • Prepare logistics documentation, including invoices, shipping forms, and reports.
  • Support procurement and inventory management activities as required.
  • Handle data entry and maintain logistics databases with updated information.
  • Resolve any logistical issues or delays in coordination with the concerned teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and UAE logistics regulations.

Requirements:

  • Diploma or bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.
  • Previous experience in logistics, supply chain, or administrative support roles.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and logistics management software.
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and perform under pressure.
