Job Summary

The Assistant Logistics supports the planning, coordination, and execution of logistics and distribution activities. This role assists in ensuring products are delivered efficiently, safely, and on time while supporting the logistics team in day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in managing daily logistics operations, including warehousing, transportation, and distribution.

- Support the logistics team, including warehouse staff, drivers, and dispatch personnel.

- Help ensure timely and accurate delivery of products to customers, coordinating with dispatchers and customer service teams.

- Assist in route planning, monitoring transportation costs, and optimizing delivery schedules.

- Implement and follow logistics policies and procedures to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

- Assist in resolving logistics issues and operational problems promptly.

- Ensure compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.

- Help prepare reports on logistics performance, costs, and productivity for management review.

- Support the allocation and monitoring of drivers’ daily or weekly delivery loads.

- Conduct training sessions for drivers to ensure compliance, safety, and efficiency standards.

Qualifications & Skills

- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse operations; FMCG or beverage industry experience is a plus.

- Good organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

- Familiarity with logistics software, and MS Office.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

- Knowledge of transportation and distribution regulations is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED3,500.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
