Key Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating incoming and outgoing shipments
• Prepare delivery documents, invoices, and shipping records
• Monitor inventory levels and support stock control activities
• Coordinate with warehouse staff and drivers for timely dispatch
• Track shipments and update status reports
• Maintain accurate logistics and inventory records
• Support procurement and supply chain operations
• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety standards

Requirements

• High school diploma or diploma in logistics, business, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse, or supply chain support
• Basic knowledge of inventory and logistics processes
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work in a team and handle multiple tasks
• Basic computer skills (MS Excel, inventory systems preferred)
• Good communication skills

Work Schedule

• Schedule: Full-time, 6 days per week
• Location: On-site in Salalah, Dhofar, Oman
