Job Summary
The Logistics Assistant cum Back Office Executive supports daily logistics operations and performs essential back-office tasks to ensure smooth, efficient, and timely coordination between suppliers, customers, and internal teams. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.
Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics & Operations
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing shipments (dispatch planning, tracking, documentation).
- Communicate with transporters, suppliers, and customers regarding delivery schedules and status updates.
- Prepare and maintain logistics documents: challans, invoices, GRNs, delivery notes, etc.
- Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory management.
- Ensure timely dispatch of materials and follow up on deliveries.
- Handle returns, replacements, and discrepancies in shipments.
Back Office & Administrative Support
- Maintain accurate records of orders, shipments, invoices, and inventory.
- Data entry and updating ERP/Excel databases on a daily basis.
- Assist in preparing reports: daily dispatch report, stock reports, MIS, etc.
- Support sales and operations teams with required documentation.
- Handle phone calls, emails, and other administrative tasks.
Customer Coordination
- Respond to customer inquiries related to dispatch, order status, and documentation.
- Maintain professional communication and resolve basic operational issues.
Required Skills
- Good knowledge of logistics processes and documentation.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and (optional) ERP systems.
- Strong communication and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
