- Inventory & Warehouse: Receive, stock, organize goods, conduct checks, maintain cleanliness, and update inventory records using management systems.
- Shipping & Receiving: Prepare shipments, create packing lists/labels, book transport, track cargo, and handle documentation
- Coordination: Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth operations.
- Documentation & Data: Process orders, update databases, manage freight bills, and maintain accurate records.
- Compliance: Ensure adherence to company policies, safety protocols, and regulatory standards.
- Administrative Support: Assist logistics managers with reporting, market research, and other related tasks.
- Should have Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication (written/verbal).
- Proficiency with office software (e.g., Microsoft Office, Excel).
- Experience in logistics, warehousing, or a related field is preferred.
