The mission of the role is to provide hybrid support across administrative logistics functions and hands-on warehouse operations, assisting both the Logistics Supervisor and Logistics Operator.
What you’ll do

Assist with domestic and international shipping documentation including BOLs, packing lists, and commercial invoices.

Enter data into SAP and related systems for receipts, shipments, and inventory movements.

Track inbound and outbound shipments and communicate updates to internal stakeholders.

Coordinate pickups and deliveries with carriers and freight forwarders as directed.

Receive incoming materials, inspect for damage, and verify documentation.

Tag, label, and store inventory in designated locations following company standards.

Pull, pack, and stage materials for outgoing shipments.

Operate forklifts and material-handling equipment after certification.

Assist with cycle counts and inventory reconciliation.

Maintain clean, safe, and organized warehouse and office work areas following 5S principles.
What you’ll bring

High school diploma or GED required.

2–4 years of combined logistics, warehouse, or shipping/receiving experience.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office; ability to learn SAP and carrier systems.

Ability to lift 50 lbs. regularly and perform physical warehouse tasks.

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift regularly throughout shift.
-
Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures accurately.

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
