Logistics Assistant & Officer

Elite Fire Protection Systems is seeking to fill two logistics positions:

• Logistics Assistant
• Logistics Officer

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the company’s vehicle fleet, including maintenance and scheduling to ensure readiness.
• Supervise drivers and assign tasks efficiently.
• Oversee general logistics operations, including transportation and coordination.
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on vehicle movement and fleet status.
• Collaborate with various teams to ensure smooth operational flow.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in logistics or fleet management.
• Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and service scheduling.
• Strong organizational and administrative skills.
• Ability to manage a team of drivers effectively.
• Familiarity with vehicle tracking systems and fleet management software is a plus.
