Logistics Assistant - Tagalog Speaker

Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Logistic Assistant to support our supply chain operations. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and communicating with vendors and carriers. Your goal is to ensure all logistical processes run smoothly, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key Responsibilities

  • Shipment Coordination: Assist in the scheduling and tracking of inbound and outbound shipments to ensure timely delivery.
  • Documentation: Prepare and process essential paperwork, including bills of lading, invoices, shipping labels, and customs documents.
  • Vendor Liaison: Communicate with transport providers and suppliers to negotiate schedules and resolve delivery discrepancies.
  • Compliance: Ensure all shipping and receiving activities comply with company policies and safety regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Education: Any graduate . Additional qualification in Logistics, or Supply Chain Management is a plus.
  • Experience: 3-4 years of experience in logistics management (Import and Export)
  • Technical Proficiency: Strong familiarity with MS Office (especially Excel)
  • Communication: English & Tagalog Speaker, Excellent verbal and written communication skills for interacting with drivers and vendors.
  • Detail-Oriented: Ability to spot errors in complex shipping manifests or data entries.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,500.00 per month
