Summary: ProCourier Inc. is seeking a highly motivated and organized Overnight Logistics Associate to join our operations team. The ideal candidate will support overnight operations by ensuring smooth coordination between dispatch, route management, drivers, and customers. This role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently in a fast-paced, time-critical environment.

Job Overview: As an Logistics Associate, you will play a vital role in ensuring seamless overnight operations, with a focus on dispatching, data entry, and route management. Your work will directly impact our ability to meet tight delivery deadlines and maintain exceptional service levels for our clients. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, detail-oriented, and able to work independently while making quick, informed decisions during overnight hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate overnight dispatch operations
• Monitor and adjust delivery routes to ensure on-time performance
• Provide clear instructions and updates to drivers
• Accurately enter orders and updates into dispatch and tracking systems
• Respond to overnight customer inquiries and resolve issues in real time
• React quickly to urgent requests and unexpected operational issues
• Maintain clear communication with drivers, customers, and internal teams
• Ensure smooth handoff of information to the day shift

Experience & Skills

• 1–2 years of dispatching or logistics experience preferred
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work in time-critical, fast-paced environments
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Tech-savvy with dispatch and data entry systems
• Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
• Ability to think quickly and adapt to changing priorities
