Responsibilities and Role:

Develop and execute a strategic plan to onboard new transporters for fulfilling B2B orders, aligning with Madar's growth goals.

Identify and attract high-quality transporters with a focus on reliability, capacity, and service standards to meet the demands of shippers and clients.

Establish and maintain strong relationships with transporters to ensure long-term partnerships and reliability in service.

Negotiate agreements and terms to secure favorable conditions for both Madar and the transporters.

Analyze and recommend strategies based on competitive market analysis to strengthen Madar’s transporter network.

Set, monitor, and enforce clear performance standards and SLAs to maintain service excellence.

Ensure transporters meet specific KPIs, aligning with Madar's service expectations and client requirements.

Collaborate with operations, commercial, and tech teams to streamline the onboarding process for transporters, creating a seamless, efficient experience.

Work to implement technology solutions to improve transporter management, tracking, and overall experience on the platform.

Regularly report on transporter performance metrics, onboarding success rates, and other key indicators to leadership.

Use data-driven insights to continuously refine onboarding processes and improve transporter satisfaction and retention.

Proactively address any risks related to transporter availability and performance.

Quickly resolve any transporter-related issues to minimize operational disruptions for clients.

Manage, optimize and best utilization of internal fleet.
Requirements

Familiar with the Saudi B2B logistics market and local regulations.

Skilled in negotiating and building partnerships with transporters.

Able to build and maintain long-term, reliable transporter relationships.

Experienced in setting and tracking KPIs and SLAs for quality and efficiency.

Strong at analyzing data to improve transporter performance and operations.

Clear communicator in Arabic and English, able to present ideas effectively.

Confident in delivering presentations to internal teams and external partners.

Capable of training and onboarding new transporters effectively.

Familiar with digital transportation, logistics software, data analytics tools, and CRM systems.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or a related field. An MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus.
Experience:

5-10 years of experience in B2B logistics, supply chain management, or related fields, with a proven track record in transporter acquisition, onboarding, and relationship management.
- Extensive knowledge of the logistics and B2B market in Saudi Arabia, with strong connections within the industry preferred.
