Logistics Co-ordinator

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and coordinate import shipments (Air/Sea – LCL, FCL, AIR).

*

  • Liaise with counterparts and co-loaders on daily routing orders; update clients accordingly.

*

  • Prepare CAN copies and share arrival details with consignees.

*

  • Respond to and resolve customer queries related to shipments and routing orders.

*

  • Execute order requests via calls and emails.

*

  • Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers regarding shipment updates.

*

  • Track shipments, confirm receipt, and ensure timely arrivals.

*

  • Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively.

*

  • Manage and route phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide necessary support.

*

  • Prepare and maintain Daily Status Reports (DSR) with proper updates to consignees.

*

  • Qualifications & Skills
  • Experience: 2–5 years in Import Customer Service (Air/Sea).

*

  • Background: Logistics industry is mandatory.

*

  • Education: Graduate preferred.

  • Skills:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

*

  • Good knowledge of import processes, documentation, and shipment tracking.

*

  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

*

  • Problem-solving attitude and customer-focused approach.

*

  • Gender: Open for Male/Female candidates.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
