Key Responsibilities:
- Handle and coordinate import shipments (Air/Sea – LCL, FCL, AIR).

- Liaise with counterparts and co-loaders on daily routing orders; update clients accordingly.
*
- Prepare CAN copies and share arrival details with consignees.
*
- Respond to and resolve customer queries related to shipments and routing orders.
*
- Execute order requests via calls and emails.
*
- Communicate with suppliers, carriers, and customers regarding shipment updates.
*
- Track shipments, confirm receipt, and ensure timely arrivals.
*
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by addressing concerns promptly and effectively.
*
- Manage and route phone calls, handle inquiries, and provide necessary support.
*
- Prepare and maintain Daily Status Reports (DSR) with proper updates to consignees.
*
- Qualifications & Skills
- Experience: 2–5 years in Import Customer Service (Air/Sea).
*
- Background: Logistics industry is mandatory.
*
- Education: Graduate preferred.
*

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
*
- Good knowledge of import processes, documentation, and shipment tracking.
*
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
*
- Problem-solving attitude and customer-focused approach.
*
