Logistics Coordinator

Ø Facilitate the receiving of the items/goods and input to WMS software in timely manners.

Ø Preparing documentation for inbound and outbound of the goods and update in the WMS software.

Ø Visualize and facilitate logistics of the warehouse inventory, storage, and transportation.

Ø Arrange transportation and orchestrate deliveries to meet clients’ demands without delay.

Ø Keep detailed, organized records of warehouse stocks.

Ø Prepare accurate reports according to the expectations of upper management.

Ø Analyze data and suggest modifications and improvements accordingly.

Ø Take steps to avoid quality control issues.

Ø Makes sure warehouse capacity is kept at optimal levels.

Ø Continually review freight costs and transportation rates to keep costs down where possible.

Ø Regularly communicate with Warehouse Tally and Supervisor for smooth operations.

Ø Promptly resolve shipment and inventory issues as they arise.

Ø Performs other duties as assigned.

Requirement:

Ø Must have 2-3 years’ experience in Logistics / Warehousing.

Ø Must have good knowledge with WMS software.

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
