Logistics Coordinator

We are a leading factory in Dubai and currently seeking a highly motivated and qualified individual to join our team as a Logistics Officer. This position is open for Arab nationals. Fresh graduates in Bachelors in Logistics & Supply chain can also apply.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate logistics activities, including shipping, receiving, and distribution.
• Coordinate with customs officials to ensure compliance with import/export regulations.
• Ensure efficient and cost-effective transportation of goods to and from the factory.
• Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to optimize supply chain processes.
• Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate records.
• Implement and improve logistics procedures to enhance overall efficiency.
• Resolve logistics issues and communicate with relevant stakeholders.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Proven experience in logistics and supply chain operations, preferably in a manufacturing setting.
• Knowledge of customs regulations and international shipping procedures.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Arabic is preferred. (Written & spoken)

Skills:

• Proficient in logistics software and tools.
• MS Office skills (The candidate must at least have basic knowledge in Excel)
• Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills.
