We pride ourselves on delivering high-quality service and products across the UAE and beyond.Key Responsibilities:- Handle calls, emails, and WhatsApp professionally - Prepare shipping/customs documents (Bill of Entry, etc.) - Ensure compliance with JAFZA and UAE customs regulations - Assist visiting clients and maintain organized documentation - Use Dubai Trade and JAFZA portals for logistics operations Requirements:- Must be a UAE resident - Experience with UAE customs and JAFZA procedures - Proficient in English (Arabic is a plus) - Confident in using WhatsApp, computers, and smartphones - Good communication and customer service skills Benefits:- 30 days paid annual leave after 1 year ????
