Packing and Logistics Executive (Part-Time)

Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru

Working Hours: 3 hours per day, 6 days a week

Compensation: 10,000 per month

Reports To: Operations/Customer Experience Lead

Role Summary

The Packing and Logistics Executive will be responsible for all activities related to packing, dispatch, and logistics coordination. The role ensures that every order is packed accurately, shipped on time, and tracked until successful delivery, maintaining Arva Healths quality and customer experience standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Pack and prepare customer orders as per standard guidelines.
• Ensure accuracy in labeling, packing, and dispatch documentation.
• Coordinate pickups and deliveries with courier/logistics partners.
• Track shipments and proactively resolve any delivery or delay issues.
• Maintain adequate stock of packing materials and request replenishment when needed.
• Keep the packing area organized and clean.
• Manage returned shipments or damaged goods in coordination with the team.

Requirements

• Prior experience in packing, warehousing, or logistics preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Reliable, punctual, and organized.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic knowledge of courier systems and shipment tracking.

Work Schedule

• 3 hours daily, Monday to Saturday (timing to be mutually decided).
• Flexibility may be required on high-volume order days.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹10,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 3 per week
