Logistics Coordinator (Amazon 3rd Party eCommerce)
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday
Hours: 9:00 AM EST to 6:00 PM EST (with flexibility during peak and non-peak seasons)
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our growing Amazon 3rd Party Seller team. This role is critical in ensuring that all inventory shipments from our warehouses to Amazon FBA, FBM, and other marketplace destinations are executed smoothly, accurately, and on time.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, 3PL operations, and domestic logistics coordination. You will work closely with brand managers, warehouse teams, trucking partners, and account managers to ensure clear communication and follow-through on all shipments.
Key Responsibilities
· Communicate daily with Brand Managers to determine which POs and products are ready to ship.
· Create and manage FBA shipments in Amazon Seller Central and other marketplaces as needed.
· Generate and verify carton labels and pallet labels within Amazon or other marketplace platforms.
· Coordinate with warehouses and 3PL centers to ensure they receive accurate shipping instructions and documentation.
· Follow up with warehouse teams to confirm pick-up scheduling, pallet counts, and compliance with shipping requirements.
· Coordinate freight pick-ups and truck schedules to ensure all logistics run smoothly and on time.
· Update POs in Brightpearl and maintain the routing sheet to ensure real-time visibility of all orders.
· Communicate with vendors, trucking companies, and carriers to ensure product moves efficiently from origin to destination.
· Ensure all shipments meet marketplace compliance standards such as Amazon FBA, Walmart, and TikTok.
· Identify and resolve any shipping or labeling errors quickly and proactively.
· Track, confirm, and document all shipments to ensure visibility across departments.
· Provide regular updates to management on shipment status and any logistics challenges.
Skills and Qualifications
· Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, including FBA shipment creation, label generation, and reconciliation.
· Strong organizational and time management skills; able to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
· Working knowledge of Google Sheets, and related order management systems.
· Clear, professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
· Problem-solving mindset with strong attention to detail and accuracy.
· Ability to collaborate cross-functionally and maintain consistent follow-up with all teams.
· Knowledge of domestic shipping standards such as LTL, FTL, and parcel is a plus.
Hours and Expectations
Full-time -Expected schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM.
Must be available during business hours for coordination calls, warehouse check-ins, and trucking updates.
During peak periods such as Q4 or Prime events, occasional extended hours may be required.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
