Location: Mohali, Punjab
Shift: Night Shift (US Process)
Transport: Pick-up & Drop Facility Available
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Experience: Freshers or up to 1 year (Sales / Logistics preferred)

About the Company:

A leading US-based logistics and freight brokerage company expanding its operations in India. We’re looking for enthusiastic and confident individuals to join our sales coordination team in Mohali.

Key Responsibilities:

• Generate and maintain relationships with clients and carriers (US market)
• Assist in freight booking, load matching, and coordination with dispatch teams
• Handle calls, emails, and CRM entries efficiently
• Work with the sales team to meet daily and weekly targets
• Maintain detailed records of shipments and follow-up status

Requirements:

• Excellent spoken and written English communication skills
• Comfortable with night shift (US time zone)
• Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Proficient with MS Office and CRM tools
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Only Females ( Experienced in any bpo or process or fresher with good communication skills )
