Job Description

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily logistics operations, coordinating shipments, and ensuring smooth and timely delivery of materials.

Key Responsibilities:

· Coordinate shipments, deliveries, and dispatch schedules.

· Prepare and maintain shipping documents such as DN, BL, MTC, GRN, and invoices.

· Communicate with transporters, drivers, suppliers, and customers for delivery updates.

· Track material movement and ensure timely delivery to the designated locations.

· Arrange vehicle allocations and monitor driver activities.

· Update internal systems with shipment status and delivery confirmations.

· Handle any delivery delays, discrepancies, or issues and escalate when necessary.

· Maintain accurate records of all incoming and outgoing materials.

· Support warehouse operations with stock control and documentation.

Requirements:

· Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics or supply chain.

· Strong communication and coordination skills.

· Knowledge of shipping documents and logistics procedures.

· Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

· Ability to multitask and work under pressure.

· Good problem-solving and time-management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

· Experience in the industrial or manufacturing sector.

· Familiarity with UAE logistics and delivery processes.

· Basic knowledge of ERP systems.
