Logistics Coordinator – City of Industry

We are a fast growing indoor and outdoor kitchen appliance company located in City of Industry, that is looking for a highly organized and detail oriented Logistics Coordinator.

We are looking for someone that is comfortable working in a fast paced work environment and has highly developed communication skills. The job requires close attention to detail, and someone who is extremely organized and can multitask.

This position will be a key member of the Logistics Department with the primary responsibility of providing assistance for any domestic orders fulfillment and international shipping arrangements and; is responsible for tracking and coordinating all domestic orders and shipments.

The required skills that we are looking for Logistics Assistant are:

• Great organizational and prioritizing skills
• The 2 years previous shipping or logistics experience is a must.
• Strong analytical, communications; verbal and written and outstanding mathematical skills
• Ability to multi-task
• Must be able to identify and independently resolve problems (when possible) in a timely manner
• Must be consistently at work on time, follow instructions, respond to management direction and solicit feedback to improve performance
• Strong Knowledge of Microsoft Suite, including Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
• Must be computer savvy
• College degree preferred but not required
• Permanent resident
