Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule daily shipments, pickups, and deliveries
• Serve as the main point of contact between drivers, dispatchers, warehouses, and customers
• Track shipments in real time and proactively resolve delays or routing issues
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation, including bills of lading and delivery manifests
• Monitor carrier performance, costs, and compliance with company policies
• Maintain accurate data in logistics and transportation management systems
• Provide timely customer updates and support service-level commitments
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and optimize routes

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required (college degree preferred)
• Previous experience in logistics, transportation, dispatch, or supply chain coordination preferred
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Comfortable using logistics software (TMS, ERP systems such as SAP, etc.)
• High attention to detail and accuracy
