Job Summary

We are looking for a Logistics Coordinator with hands-on experience in Air and Sea Freight operations. The candidate should be well-versed in coordinating shipments, documentation, and vendor communication while ensuring smooth end-to-end logistics execution.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate Air & Sea import/export shipments from origin to destination

Prepare and verify shipping documents (BL, AWB, Invoice, Packing List, COO, etc.)

Liaise with shipping lines, airlines, agents, transporters, and customs brokers

Track shipments and provide timely updates to customers and internal teams

Coordinate customs clearance and inland transportation

Handle shipment-related issues and ensure on-time delivery

Maintain operational records and update internal systems

Support sales and pricing teams with operational inputs when required

Requirements

Minimum 2 years of experience in a freight forwarding company

Strong knowledge of Air Freight & Sea Freight operations

Familiar with import/export documentation and Incoterms

Experience working with shipping lines, airlines, and clearing agents

Good communication and coordination skills

Proficiency in MS Office; logistics software/CRM knowledge is a plus

Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple shipments

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
