  • Driver Coordination – Assign, track, and manage drivers for trips; ensure timely availability.
  • Driver Attendance – Monitor check‑in/out, manage shift logs, and enforce attendance policies.
  • Communication – Serve as the primary point of contact between drivers, warehouse staff, and customers.
  • Documentation – Prepare, verify, and maintain transport documents (LRs, PODs, permits, etc.).
  • Vehicle Placement – Schedule trucks for loading/unloading at warehouses; ensure timely positioning.
  • Coordinating – Organize pickups, drop‑offs, and special handling requirements across multiple sites.
  • Delivery Status Updates – Provide real‑time updates to stakeholders on shipment progress and ETAs.
  • Fuel Bill Updates – Review, approve, and record fuel expenses; ensure accurate billing.
