Logistics Coordinator

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Manage international shipments for REHLKO generators and VERTIV data center equipment.
• Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and suppliers.
• Follow up and review all shipping and clearance documents (Invoice, Packing List, COO, BOL, Form 4, ILAC, etc.).
• Track shipment schedules and ensure on-time delivery to the site or warehouse.
• Coordinate with purchasing and project engineers to align delivery with project schedules.
• Follow up on customs clearance procedures with our customs broker.
• Monitor logistics costs and report variances.
• Resolve shipment delays, damages, or discrepancies.
• Maintain logistics records and shipment status reports.
• Coordinate internal transportation.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2-3 years experience in logistics for MEP / power / data center projects.
• Strong knowledge of import/export and customs clearance in Egypt.
• Experience with international suppliers and Incoterms (EXW, FOB, CIF).
• Good command of English (written and spoken).
• Strong coordination and communication skills.
