Our team is growing, and we are looking for a detail-oriented Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to support our Pleasanton operations.

Position Overview

The Logistics & Inventory Coordinator will be responsible for managing domestic and international shipments, maintaining accurate inventory records, and ensuring smooth shipping and receiving operations. This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with shipping platforms and logistics documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments via UPS, FedEx, DHL, and freight carriers
• Prepare shipping documentation, customs paperwork, and commercial invoices
• Manage shipping and receiving of hardware and technology equipment
• Maintain accurate inventory tracking and stock counts
• Update shipment details and inventory records in internal systems and spreadsheets
• Coordinate with internal teams on order fulfillment and delivery timelines
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delivery or customs issues
• Organize warehouse inventory and maintain a clean shipping area
• Process light administrative paperwork related to logistics and shipments

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, warehouse operations, or inventory management
• Experience with UPS, FedEx, DHL, or other freight platforms
• Familiarity with international shipping or customs documentation preferred
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Comfortable with Excel
• Ability to lift packages (up to ~40 lbs occasionally)
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Experience

• Technology or hardware logistics experience
• Experience with inventory systems or ERP platforms
• Experience handling international shipments
