Logistics Coordinator

As part of our growth requriments, we are looking out for a qualified Logistics Coordinator in our Dubai office.

Key Responsibilities

Responsible for coordinating and controlling entire vehicle management, drivers and supporting operational activities

Job Description

• Controlling the vehicles, managing, tracking and coordinating fleet management
• Ensuring the delivery arrangement of vehicles as per operational schedule
• Reporting breakdowns, maintenance issues to Maintenance team
• Coordinating and preparing schedules of drivers in sync with fleet management
• Checking and reporting the fleet documentation activities with admin/accounts team
• Mointoring driver licence status, reporting fines/penalities to HR team.
• Ensuring timely checkouts and check-in of vehicles into the yard.
• Quality control activities of delivery of equipments in coordination with HSE
• Record management of all delivery activities in coordination with operations department.

For this, we need talents with following skills and qualifications

• Minimum of two year construction or equipment rental logistics operations experience .
• Need to proficiency in Hindi or Urdu and Malayalam.
• Good computer skills to record fleet management
• Knowledge in fleet management
• Good disciplinary skills.

Only candidates based in UAE and available for a face-to-face interview need to apply. Freshers are not preferred for this position.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
