Logistics Coordinator

Job Summery

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to manage and coordinate transportation, shipment scheduling, and delivery operations. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth logistics processes while maintaining effective communication with suppliers, transporters, and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Coordinate transportation and delivery of materials and finished goods

✔ Schedule shipments and monitor delivery timelines

✔ Communicate with transporters, drivers, and logistics service providers

✔ Maintain logistics records, documentation, and reports

✔ Track shipments and resolve any transportation issues or delays

✔ Coordinate with production, warehouse, and sales departments

✔ Ensure compliance with company logistics procedures and safety standards

Qualifications & Requirements

✔ Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field

✔ 2–4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations

✔ Good knowledge of transportation coordination and shipment documentation

✔ Proficiency in MS Office & SAP

✔ Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

✔ Good communication and coordination abilities
