Why This Role Is Different

This isn’t just logistics—it’s live event execution. Your work directly impacts national trade shows, product launches, and immersive brand experiences. You’ll collaborate across teams, solve real-time challenges, and ensure every detail is handled before it hits the show floor.

What You’ll Own

• Ensure production orders and job packets are complete, accurate, and ready for execution
• Prepare shipping documentation (packing lists, labels, BOLs, return materials)
• Coordinate inbound/outbound shipments, pickups, and delivery schedules
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues
• Communicate updates across production, inventory, client services, and project management teams
• Partner closely with Production Coordinator to keep projects on schedule

What You Bring

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, warehouse operations, or project coordination
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines
• Clear, professional communication across teams, clients and vendors
• Comfort with technology (Microsoft Office, Outlook, and operational systems)
• A proactive mindset—you don’t wait for problems, you prevent them

Bonus: Experience in trade shows, exhibits, or live events

Physical & Work Environment

• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
• Work in a warehouse/production setting with varying temperatures
• Combination of desk work and on-the-floor coordination

Requirements

• Associate degree or equivalent experience
• Must pass background check and drug screening
• Must be able to work on-site in Blue Ash, Ohio
