Position Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team in Doha. This role is essential in managing the flow of goods, coordinating shipments, and ensuring all logistics operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate domestic and international shipments, including scheduling and tracking
• Liaise with suppliers, transport providers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery
• Prepare and manage shipping documentation, invoices, and customs paperwork
• Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock management
• Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues
• Maintain accurate logistics records and reporting systems
• Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations
• Optimize logistics processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• 2–4 years of experience in logistics, shipping, or supply chain coordination
• Strong understanding of shipping procedures and documentation
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills
• Strong communication and negotiation abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and logistics management systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment
