Entering paid time off requests, scheduling blocks on internal and gantt (if applicable), following workflows established
Entering scheduling notes on internal platform
Scheduling weekend onsite and remote appointments
Updating weekend shifts entered into gantt (when applicable)
Reconciling JPL's for appointments- twice daily checks
Communicating Onsite cancels (via slack) to all involved parties
Communicating Remote cancels (via slack) to all involved parties
Fully available on Slack (between dispatch channels, help request channels, and questions from techs, managers and director) during scheduled shift time
Rotated off hours/weekend dispatch watch, for one week at a time
Data entry on tracking decline of SAs for data collection
Collaborating with F3 IT Division for cross technician scheduling for IT division appointments
Review “Hours Report” daily in order to prioritize assigned work for gaps in work and low hour technicians and also to alleviate overtime labor, where applicable.
Attend weekly OPS meeting with Director and HR Division - 2 hour duration/week
1:1 syncs with manager; bi weekly basis
Quarterly job performance reviews
Teaching Logistics 101 Class, once monthly - 1 hour duration
Occasional meetings with regional managers in regards to technicians’ performance metrics regarding scheduling
One weekend every month for on call rotation
