Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily logistics operations, including inbound and outbound shipments
- Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery to clients and partners
- Prepare and manage shipping documents (invoices, packing lists, bills of lading)
- Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs agents
- Monitor inventory levels and assist in stock planning and replenishment
- Resolve delivery issues, delays, and discrepancies quickly and professionally
- Ensure compliance with local and international shipping regulations
- Maintain accurate records using logistics or ERP systems
- Support cost optimization by identifying efficient shipping solutions
