Supply Chain Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end supply chain operations including procurement, logistics, and shipment tracking
• Handle international purchasing and coordinate with overseas suppliers and freight forwarders
• Monitor shipment schedules, customs clearance, and delivery timelines
• Coordinate with procurement, warehouse, production, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations
• Evaluate suppliers and negotiate pricing, lead times, and commercial terms
• Maintain inventory coordination and ensure material availability for operations
• Prepare and monitor shipping documents, LPOs, invoices, and related documentation
• Ensure cost control, compliance, and efficiency across supply chain activities
• Resolve shipment delays, supply issues, and logistics challenges proactively
• Generate reports related to procurement, logistics, and supply chain performance

Requirements:

✅ Experience in trading and manufacturing industry
✅ Strong knowledge of international procurement, logistics, and shipment coordination
✅ Experience handling imports, suppliers, and freight processes
✅ Good negotiation, coordination, and communication skills
✅ ERP and MS Excel knowledge preferred
