Logistics Coordinator

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and communicative Logistics Coordinator to manage our material delivery operations. In this fast-paced role, you will serve as the central hub of communication, ensuring that operations run smoothly, safely, and efficiently across our job sites and plants

Key Responsibilities

· Scheduling & Dispatching: Organizing daily, weekly, or emergency schedules for material delivery.

· Communication Hub: Acting as the main point of contact between superintendents, customers, sales, testing, and asphalt plants.

· Logistics & Tracking: Using GPS and software to track fleet locations and optimize routes.

· Safety & Compliance: Monitoring for hazardous conditions and traffic issues, while ensuring compliance with regulations.

· Documentation: Maintaining accurate logs of materials, inventories, deliveries, and work hours.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

• Logistics: 1 year (Required)

License/Certification:

• Oklahoma Drivers license (Required)
