Logistics Coordinator

Job Description:

Insight Global is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to support a large-scale network expansion initiative for a top telecommunications and satellite services client. This project-based role sits within the Supply Chain organization and focuses on infrastructure buildout rather than day-to-day manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will provide hands-on coordination across procurement, logistics, and cross-functional technical teams, supporting global material movement and ensuring critical equipment is delivered accurately and on schedule in a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment.

Must-Haves:

• 3–5 years of experience in logistics, procurement, supply chain, or coordination-focused roles
• (open to slightly less for highly adaptable candidates)
• Experience supporting procurement-heavy supply chain or logistics operations
• Strong Excel skills:
• Pivot tables
• VLOOKUPs
• Report creation and data manipulation
• Experience working in fast-paced, project-driven environments
• Ability to interpret and communicate information in a technical setting
• Strong coordination and organizational skills

Plusses:

• Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite preferred)
• Exposure to infrastructure buildouts or large-scale network expansion projects
• Experience supporting global logistics and international shipments
• Prior work with cross-functional technical teams (Engineering, Construction, Facilities)

Day-to-Day:

• Support procurement-heavy logistics activities tied to infrastructure buildout projects
• Coordinate with vendors and external partners on equipment sourcing and logistics
• Assist with tracking quoted equipment and managing global shipments
• Generate and maintain reports for internal stakeholders and primary customers
• Collaborate closely with Program Management, Construction, Facilities, and Engineering teams
• Follow established supply chain and logistics processes
• Provide hands-on coordination support without owning full transactional responsibility
• Help ensure materials arrive at the correct locations on time to support project milestones

Compensation: $28/hr to $32/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
