Job Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to oversee and support day-to-day logistics operations in Riyadh. The role involves coordinating shipments, managing inventory flow, and ensuring efficient supply chain execution while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery performance.
Key Responsibilities
Logistics & Operations Coordination

Coordinate end-to-end logistics activities, including inbound and outbound shipments

Ensure timely delivery of goods and monitor shipment status

Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to resolve operational issues
Inventory & Warehouse Support

Track and manage inventory levels to ensure availability and accuracy

Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch processes

Assist in maintaining accurate stock records and inventory reconciliation
Documentation & Reporting

Prepare and maintain logistics documentation (invoices, delivery notes, shipping records)

Generate regular reports on shipment status, delays, and operational performance

Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements
Process Improvement & Coordination

Identify operational inefficiencies and support process optimization initiatives

Escalate delays, risks, or issues in a timely and structured manner

Contribute to improving supply chain visibility and cost efficiency
Requirements

1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination

Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

Good communication and coordination skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)

Experience with ERP or logistics tracking systems is an advantage

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
