Job Overview

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to oversee and support day-to-day logistics operations in Riyadh. The role involves coordinating shipments, managing inventory flow, and ensuring efficient supply chain execution while maintaining accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities

Logistics & Operations Coordination

• Coordinate end-to-end logistics activities, including inbound and outbound shipments
• Ensure timely delivery of goods and monitor shipment status
• Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal departments to resolve operational issues

Inventory & Warehouse Support

• Track and manage inventory levels to ensure availability and accuracy
• Support warehouse operations, including receiving, storage, and dispatch processes
• Assist in maintaining accurate stock records and inventory reconciliation

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare and maintain logistics documentation (invoices, delivery notes, shipping records)
• Generate regular reports on shipment status, delays, and operational performance
• Ensure compliance with company policies and local regulatory requirements

Process Improvement & Coordination

• Identify operational inefficiencies and support process optimization initiatives
• Escalate delays, risks, or issues in a timely and structured manner
• Contribute to improving supply chain visibility and cost efficiency

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or warehouse coordination
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with ERP or logistics tracking systems is an advantage
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, on-site environment
