We are actively seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join a growing team. This newly established position plays a critical role in supporting hyperscale data center operations by managing the flow, storage, tracking, and distribution of mission-critical inventory and equipment. This role ensures the accurate handling and accounting of high-value IT hardware and infrastructure components that support advanced machine learning and high-performance computing workloads.

The Logistics Coordinator is responsible for overseeing shipping and receiving activities, inventory control, asset tracking, and coordination with cross-functional teams to ensure that operational requirements are met efficiently and securely.

This position operates in a fast-paced, mission-critical environment and requires strong organizational skills, operational discipline, and a commitment to safety and accuracy.

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in logistics, shipping/receiving, transportation, or materials management.
• 3+ years of experience with inventory control, cycle counting, and warehouse practices.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced operational environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of logistics experience in a data center or mission-critical environment.
• Experience with Inventory Management Systems (IMS) or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).
• Demonstrated ability to identify and implement process improvements.
• Experience coordinating with vendors and managing logistics vendors.
