We fabricate custom designed, purpose-built enclosures and skids for our customers and perform mechanical and electrical integration in-house, delivering a true turn-key product to our customers. Key Responsibilities

Coordinate and track inbound and outbound shipments (domestic & international)

Communicate with carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers to ensure on-time delivery

Prepare and review shipping documentation (BOLs, commercial invoices, packing lists, etc.)

Monitor shipment status and proactively resolve delays or issues
-
Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and company policies
-
Maintain accurate records in internal systems
-
Assist with freight quoting, cost tracking, and invoice verification

Collaborate with warehouse, purchasing, and customer service teams
Requirements
-
3+ years of experience in logistics
-
Experience with domestic and/or international shipping
-
Familiarity with shipping documentation and Incoterms preferred

Strong organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
Preferred Skills

Knowledge of import/export compliance

Experience working with freight forwarders and customs brokers

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
