Logistics Coordinator

American Transportation Management (ATM), one of the region's leading logistics providers is now accepting applications for a full- time logistics coordinator to support our distribution operation.

Responsibilities include:

• Scheduling of daily routes
• Supervising and managing drivers, straight truck, non-CDL
• Recruiting, hiring and continued staffing of employee and independent contractor drivers
• Ensure that customer's service expectations are met, including achieving all service level metrics, quality performance and compliance goals.
• Making deliveries as needed

Required Experience

• 2+ years of proven operations management in the logistics field
• 2+ years working in a logistics environment managing distribution operations
• Previous Experience managing independent contractor delivery drivers
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel), report preparation, and data analysis.

Pay: $24.33 - $29.30 per hour
