United Pool Distribution, Inc- Logistics Coordinator

We are an innovative third-party logistics service provider (3PL) that provides support for establishing and managing an efficient supply chain for our retail industry Clients.

Hiring Logistics Coordinator position and seeking a candidate with an aptitude for problem solving in the ever challenging and rewarding logistics profession. Core responsibilities for the select candidate include:

• Facilitate effective, accurate and timely information/data interchange between all supply chain constituents.
• Analyze data for transportation performance assessment with technology-focused solutions.
• Troubleshoot and proactively resolve day-to-day supply chain issues in accordance with standard operating procedures.
• Assist as needed with other administrative tasks in support of the business operation.
• Run daily, weekly, and monthly reports from web management system
• This is a full-time position working Monday-Friday and the job will be performed at our offices in Grove City, Ohio.

Job Requirements:

• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the logistics and distribution field with a basic understanding of supply chain management.
• Familiarity with MS Office products and databases.
• Strong oral and written communication skills with ability to develop productive relationships.
• Detail-oriented and data-accurate with strong organizational skills.
