We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator to join a fast-paced team within the Events Industry. This role is responsible for managing and coordinating travel and accommodation logistics for artists, performers, and guests, while supporting event operations before, during, and after events.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate flight bookings, hotel accommodations, and local transportation
- Manage logistics and travel arrangements before, during, and after events
- Work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules
- Liaise closely with event and production teams to ensure smooth execution
- Handle last-minute changes and resolve logistics-related issues efficiently
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 2 years’ experience as an Events Logistics Coordinator
- Previous experience in events or production environments
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, event-driven environment
- Fluent in Arabic and English (required)
- Visa must be transferable
- Immediate joining required
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR3,500.00 - QAR4,000.00 per month
