Logistics Coordinator + Lead Generation Specialist (Night Shift – EST)

About the Role

We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Logistics Coordinator who will also support our sales team through lead generation and data research.

This is a dual-role position:

  • During operational hours, you will manage last-mile and mid-mile dispatch operations
  • Moreover you will focus on identifying, researching, and assigning new business leads to the sales team

This role is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesLogistics & Dispatch Operations

  • Coordinate and manage last-mile and mid-mile delivery operations
  • Dispatch drivers and monitor routes in real-time
  • Communicate with drivers, customers, and partners in fluent English
  • Handle delays, exceptions, and service issues proactively
  • Ensure all deliveries meet KPIs and service-level agreements (SLAs)
  • Maintain accurate logs, tracking, and reporting

Lead Generation & Sales Support

  • Research and identify potential customers (shippers, warehouses, distributors, retailers) in North America
  • Generate and maintain qualified lead lists using tools like Google, LinkedIn, directories, etc.
  • Collect key data: company name, contact person, email, phone, location, shipping profile
  • Assign and organize leads for the sales team in CRM or spreadsheets
  • Continuously update and clean lead databases
  • Support outbound sales efforts with accurate and structured data

Requirements

  • Fluent English (spoken & written) – mandatory
  • Ability to work night shifts (EST hours)
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to multitask
  • Comfortable switching between operations and research-based tasks
  • Strong internet research and data entry skills
  • Proficiency in CRM / Excel / Google Sheets
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to make quick decisions

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in logistics, dispatch, or delivery coordination
  • Experience in lead generation, data mining, or sales support
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn, Google search techniques, and business directories
  • Experience working with North American clients or markets
  • Basic understanding of freight, trucking, or last-mile logistics
