The Role

Kraft Medical is growing and we need you! We are seeking a Logistics Coordinator  based in  Phoenix, Arizona . This role includes frequent travel, hands-on work with imaging equipment, and representing our company on-site at medical education events.

You’ll be part of a tight-knit, highly mobile logistics team known for reliability, professionalism, and problem-solving.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver, set up, and break down C-arms and equipment for events nationwide
• Drive company vans/trucks and ensure on-time arrival of all assets
• Perform equipment checks, cleanliness, and basic troubleshooting
• General upkeep of Phoenix Warehouse
• Communicate with internal teams to confirm schedules and event needs
• Maintain accurate paperwork, mileage logs, and inventory details
• Provide excellent on-site support and represent Kraft Medical professionally

What We’re Looking For

• Must live in Phoenix, AZ
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Ability to travel frequently, including overnight trips
• Strong organization and attention to detail
• Comfort working independently and solving issues on the fly
• Ability to lift/move heavy equipment (with provided tools and assistance)
• Experience in logistics, medical equipment, or event support is a plus but not required—we’ll train you
