SURGICAL COORDINATOR

Are you looking for a career change in a highly desirable market? Zimmer Biomet OrthoSolutions, an orthopedics distributor for medical devices, is currently seeking to fill a position for a Surgical Coordinator position.

Job Responsibilities:

• Both systematically and physically fulfill required inventory needs for pending surgery cases.
• Systematically coordinate inventory for assigned team's upcoming surgery cases
• Assist other coordinators as needed with inventory needs for upcoming surgery cases
• Systematically deliver inventory restocks
• Physically restock implant totes
• Prioritize urgent needs from Sales Representatives
• Ensure all product is assigned to a bin location
• Handle the return process of all Distributor Inventory products
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience is preferred
• Excellent analytical, written and verbal skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Detailed oriented
• Team Player
• Must be able to lift and carry 50 lbs
• Must possess a valid driver's license
• Logistics Experience preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $42,000.00 per year
