Logistics Coordinator (Track & Trace Focus)

About the Role

GH Logistics is seeking a Logistics Coordinator with a strong emphasis on Track & Trace to support live freight execution and reinforce operational standards within our brokerage and asset operations teams.

This role is not administrative.This is a high-urgency, high-ownership operations seat.

You will work directly alongside senior operations leadership and are expected to match the energy, pace, and standards of the team.

Core Responsibilities

Hours: 7:00 / 7:30 AM until completion of daily operations (flexibility required; occasional evenings/weekends)

• Track and monitor active loads to ensure on-time pickup and delivery
• Communicate proactively with carriers, drivers, and internal teams
• Identify service risks and escalate early
• Maintain accurate system updates and documentation
• Reinforce operational standards within the team
• Assist with exception management when needed
• Support handoffs between departments

This is a real-time execution role, not a back-office support function.

Preferred Background

• 1+ year of logistics, brokerage, dispatch, or transportation experience preferred
• Familiarity with track & trace or live load monitoring
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Comfort working in a fast-paced operations environment

Industry experience is preferred but not required for the right systems-oriented candidate.
