We are looking for a Logistics Counselor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, a good understanding of the logistics and supply chain industry, and basic knowledge of online marketing. The role involves counseling students or trainees interested in logistics programs and assisting in marketing our logistics ERP software and internship programs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Counsel students and candidates about logistics and supply chain management programs.
• Guide and assist students in internship opportunities in the logistics field.
• Handle inquiries through phone calls, emails, and walk-ins.
• Promote company internship and training programs through online platforms (social media, emails, and digital campaigns).
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute online promotional activities.
• Maintain student and client databases.
• Prepare daily and weekly counseling and marketing reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or Marketing (preferred).
• Good understanding of logistics and shipping operations.
• Knowledge of digital and social media marketing (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and online communication tools.
