Logistics CSE

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries related to domestic shipments, delivery status, delays, and POD
• Track shipments and provide daily status updates to customers
• Coordinate with drivers, transporters, hubs, and operations teams
• Ensure timely pickup and delivery as per TAT
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues efficiently
• Maintain shipment records, PODs, and reports in Excel / CRM
• Follow up on pending deliveries, misroutes, and escalations
• Support billing team with delivery details
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs and service standards

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a CSE in domestic logistics
• Knowledge of FTL / PTL / surface transport operations
• Familiarity with LR, POD, TAT.
• Good communication skills (English & Hindi)
• Proficient in MS Excel, email handling, and coordination
• Ability to manage multiple shipments and customers simultaneously

Preferred Skills (Added Advantage):

• Experience with transport management systems (TMS)
• Understanding of route planning and escalation handling
• Customer-focused approach with problem-solving skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
