Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Logistics, Customer Service Coordinator & Light Accounting professional to join our team. This multifaceted role is vital in ensuring seamless supply chain operations, exceptional customer service, and accurate financial transactions. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating strong organizational skills, proactive communication, and a passion for optimizing logistics processes. Duties

Logistics & Shipping

• Coordinate shipments via UPS, FedEx Ground, and LTL carriers.
• Select the most cost-effective and efficient shipping methods.
• Prepare shipping paperwork and labels.
• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery.

Customer Service

• Handle customer service inquiries related to order status, shipping issues, or product availability with professionalism and promptness.
• Resolve issues quickly and professionally.
• Build strong relationships with customers.

Order Processing & Light Accounting

• Perform light accounting duties in QuickBooks such as:
• Enter orders and customer information.
• Create quotes and order confirmations.
• Generate invoices.

Requirements

• Experience in logistics, shipping and customer service preferred.
• Familiarity with QuickBooks.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
• Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
