We are looking for full-time Logistics/ Customer Support Assistant at an industrial supplier based near Mount Juliet, TN. This position is ONSITE position.

Responsibilities - Logistics/ Customer Support Assistant:

· Maintain a good relationship with existing clients’ accounts.

· Support clients to develop and strengthen customer accounts in the Manufacturing Industry, ensuring customer satisfaction and service.

· Support and manage new and existing customer base through inventory control, handling of customer inquiries, customer complaints and other miscellaneous day-to-day business support functions.

· Maintain all records and documentations for system update/ data entry in timely manner

· Utilize various communication methods (Phone, Email, Onsite visitation)

· Maintain communication with other departments and managements for update on account.

· Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications - Logistics/ Customer Support Assistant :

· Associate/ Bachelors in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, and related field

· At least 1-3 years of inside sales/ account management experience in preferably manufacturing industries.

· Proficient using MS Office Suite and SAP ERP exp. is MUST.

· Great communication skills

· Able to work independently under minimum supervision
