Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Director to oversee supply chain and logistics operations, ensuring efficient movement of goods and optimized distribution processes. This role is responsible for managing logistics strategy, improving efficiency, and supporting business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end logistics and supply chain operations
• Develop and implement logistics strategies and process improvements
• Oversee transportation, warehousing, and distribution activities
• Monitor performance metrics, costs, and delivery timelines
• Manage vendors, carriers, and third-party logistics providers
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational standards
• Optimize inventory levels and distribution efficiency
• Lead and develop logistics teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
• 8+ years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations
• Proven leadership experience managing teams and operations
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory systems
• Excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities

Pay: QAR31,000.00 per month
